Card Capture: Add a Whole Page at Once
Photograph sheets of cards on the printed capture sheet and Binder Realms identifies, crops and adds every card for you.
Instead of adding cards one photo at a time, Card Capture takes a photo of a whole printed sheet of cards. It finds each card, matches fronts to backs, identifies the card by its number, crops it cleanly, and adds it to the shared card library. You unlocked it because your single-card images were approved, so you already know what a good photo looks like.
Open Card Capture and download the capture sheet. Print it at 100% scale on letter paper (turn off "fit to page"). Place your cards face-up in zones A, B, C and D.
Photograph the sheet straight on, in even light, with all four corners of the sheet in frame. Then flip every card in place and photograph the backs. Upload in order (front, back, front, back) so each sheet pairs with its backs. Every pair is still checked automatically, but a clean order means faster, more accurate results.
If every card on the sheets is from the same insert set or the same parallel (for example, all Gold /10), pick it on the upload form. Mixed sheets? Leave it blank and each card is identified on its own.
Your recent uploads and their status are listed on the Card Capture page. Rejected sheets include the reviewer's reason, and you can upload a corrected replacement. Everything you submit becomes part of the public card library, so only photograph cards you own.
